Your staff really needs to stop talking on the phone. Have been here for a few times, and the same male staff was on duty. EVERYTIME HE WAS ON HIS PHONE. Even when I am standing right in front of him, he’s still talking on the phone like no one is around, no initiative to serve the customer.
