I came here to redeem donuts but the barcode never showed up. The QR could be displayed but the staff said it couldn’t. In fact, I was there too and the staff said I had to scan the barcode, but it’s not my problem that you can’t use QR in your store. Really. Very disappointed and service also bad.

Purchased half dozen of donuts on 3rd August around 8pm. And the staff was ignoring us while we are standing waiting to be served. Not just that, none of them are smiling at all. The worst customer service ever for Krispy Kreme.

I think I prefer Dunkin Donuts than Krispy Kreme. Their texture, jam, fillings and toppings, all of these, I think Dunkin is better But I have to say their Powdered Strawberry Filled is nice. The jam wasn’t that sweet and you can eat some strawberry flesh inside. Others were just normal. Price is reasonable. I bought this One Dozen Assorted Doughnuts on grab, and I only get 3 non-chocolate donuts 🥲 Sweetened chocolate easy to get jelak and seriously don’t know how they distribute the donuts flavor 🥲
