Bad experience with this platform for my first and definitely last purchase. When the item is delivered to the billing address instead of the delivery address because of the mistake from the sender I believe it is the sender's responsibility to sort it out with the courier service when the item is not signed for as no one is home hence the reason for the different addresses. But the customer service just taichi'd the problem back to the customer to settle it themselves because "our seller is busy regarding our big event warehouse sales, they can't do anything."
