I was attended by a staff named Suria on 22 Nov between 7.00-8.00pm. She did her job as professional as she could although at first I wanted to drop by only. But considering her good service, her way of explaining to my enquiries that captivated me to buy stuff from the store. She’s attentive, helpful and friendly (compared to unpleasant customer service I received from RL KLCC). Anyway, thank you so much Suria for your exceptional customer service. I’m a happy customer :)
