I came to the salon as I wanted to have a brown hair colour. Before the treatment I had my brown natural roots up to 10cm grown out and I had blonde ends (left out from my blonde hair era). All I wanted to have was a brown colour and match my lengths to my roots and to have a nice consistent brown colour. The salon left me in the state that is shown on the picture and charged me 1362MYR or 350USD. The hairstylist reassured me that my hair seems ginger because of the salon lighting but after coming home and seeing the hair in daylight it is evident that it was a mistake with the colour and not a lighting issue. They also showed me the colour they used on my hair which was 6.3 Dark Golden Blonde - not the colour we agreed on in the salon A refund for the treatment was declined. I was offered to come back for a redo but this is impossible as I do not live in Malaysia and was only visiting for work which they knew. Even if I lived in Malaysia I would have not went back as they lost my trust. I now have to spend more money and time to fix this mistake as they do not take responsibility for their actions. If you want to keep your hair in a nice state, DO NOT go to this salon.
