The worst branch I've ever seen. They're not working; the employees are just chatting amongst themselves while customers wait.

This guy employee (wearing a hooded jacket) doesnt know how to follow the basic rules of queueing. I was already in front of him but he still entertained the one behind me. I tried to inform him I’m next in line and I arrived before the one behind me did but he said I wait and still entertained the one behind me. How convenient was that?

Was attended to a staff named Effie, she was very friendly and helpful but unfortunately did not make a purchase as the size was out of stock.

Very good service at this place. They got all types of shoes and different colours. I recommend to become a adidas club member in Malaysia even if tourist, as you get discounts. You can use points to purchase vouchers.
