Staff are not friendly and rude. Asked me how am i gonna pay, cash or card so many times while im not even finish looking around. Dont judge by looking at what your customers are wearing. Learn how to respect no matter who they are. Bad customer service ever!

It's a must go to oud shop in KLCC if you miss Makkah and Madinah. Very warm and friendly sales staff. If I remember correctly, she's a Myanmar lady. Bought 2 bottles of perfume with some discounts. She also gave a free gift for my purchases.
