We dropped by this shop to get some Chinese calligraphy ink and brushes. They have a huge variety of art supplies like paint, colour pencils, pens, craft materials, etc. Unfortunately, the cashier was grumpy when we paid. Otherwise it is a good place for all sorts of art supplies.

I was about to get some paints from your MV outlet but gave up and walked out eventually because your cashier was coughing non-stop without wearing a mask properly. Date: 15/2/26 around noon

Very convenient location and has a variety of art supplies. However, if you want to buy big paper, the maintenance and quality of the big papers have been very poor - better to go to the Pavillion outlet where it’s cleaner. I visited this …

Located at the top floor of Gardens Mall, Art Friend's spacious store stock a wide range of affordable craft DIY products and supplies. They are probably the first name that pops in your head when it comes to getting the necessary materials for your design project. Browsing is a breeze and you will definitely enjoy your time here.

I visited the store at 1500 hours on May 29th 2025. I would like to thank one of the staff (didn’t manage to get her name) but she wore a black hijab and black long sleeve t-shirt. She patiently assisted me when the previous staff who …

Terrible manager of the store. This marker wrapper was already open on the shelf so we thought it is a tester. The manager then come to us, ask us to pay for it blaming that we unwrapped and caused damage. We explained that it is originally opened and we thought that was tester. Despite we planning to buy lot of items from the shop, the manager still insisted us to pay for this marker. End up we drop all our items and buy them somewhere else at Faber Castel with excellent services. This is ridiculous. Owner, please do something. No one gonna go back to this kind of shop anymore. Be alert, there is no tester in the shop. Once you touch the unwrapped item, they consider you made the damages and have to pay compensate. Unlucky day for us.

“One of the worst customer service experiences—an older staff member wearing glasses was outright rude, completely unapproachable, showed no basic courtesy, didn’t smile or say thank you, and made customers feel unwelcome for simply buying something.”
