I bought 4 sausage bites from this shop. The guy staff attitude has problem. At first I order 3 , then I add 1 more. Can u imagine what happen? He THREW it in the bag instead of putting it nicely. HE IS EXTREMELY RUDE. I felt guilty for adding on more order

The worst pretzel I taken from Auntie Anne - it was hard like a rock, tough and not fresh. And overly fried. The management needs to step-up and audit this outlet as the team here is jeopardising the reputation and quality, especially we are talking of high footfall outlet. Please take action asap
