I rarely leave bad reviews because I love Auntie Anne’s, but the 1 Utama outlet really tired me out today. The pretzel and stix were so hard they felt more like Goodyear's latest rubber collection than food. It’s impressive how something can turn into a tire in just 5 minutes. Even a microwave couldn’t save this rubbery situation. My teeth almost gave up on me. Also, the outlet seems to be fully run by Indonesian staff now, service was also dragging and my order was incorrect, but the main issue is the quality. Please fix the quality control here. I came for a snack, not a road trip.
