Bad branch . Lauzy place. Order a chocolate sticks and they don’t even bother to cut two pieces into one piece. So it’s hard to eat . Contact aunty Annes and there’s no response . Avoid this branch and go to other place .

I love the pretzels at Auntie Anne’s but the sour cream and onion sticks which I really wanted to try cause it smells and looks so good was quite disappointing. The sticks are super dry and chewy, the flavouring is on point but doesn’t save them.

Pretzels pretty good. Don't hope for a pretzel stix during peak hours or weekends. They're mostly sold out fast. Service is fast too with the long que.
