We ordered curly fries and fish tenders. Curly fries were stale and not hot. Fish tenders were horrible. Soft jelly texture. We could barely finish 1 piece

Waffle was crunchy. But cold. Orders was a bit late because of delivery queue. The cashier sort of charged me wrongly but it refunded back. Friendly staff and love the fact that they have an outdoor dining area.

This is not fast food. Slowest service I’ve ever encountered. Staff are chatting away while customers wait. No sense of urgency at all

Food is fresh and service is pretty good. The manager had to clean up after some customers who didn’t clean up after their mess. And since we’re here, a PSA to all Malaysians to please throw your own mess away at fast food restaurants. Don’t be disgusting

Went today to order a takeaway, was told not open for order placement because no one is working in the kitchen. Lol. What nonsense is this? I think this is the first time in my life encountering such response from any fast food restaurants ever. Really epic. 1 star for this nonsense service.

Horrific! Waited 20 minutes after ordering only to realise that despite their being no other customers, they hadn't even begun preparing our food. The response when asked was a collective shrug and a refund. Never again!
