Terrible service and very slow. Only one counter is open and taking more than 30 minutes to handle one customer. Next time if tak sempat, please inform the customer as soon as possible so we can find other bank.

I think this is the only bank that is backwords. In order to make a car full settlement, one has to go to the branch fill up a form and ONLY AFTER 1 week, you will get to know your figure. Riddiculous. This is STONE AGE service. Never will take a car loan from them EVER, even if the interest is appealing.
