Had a great experience for ramadan buffet here on 24th February 2026. Their night shift staff, 3 ladies are very friendly and entertaining. They know how to engage with their customers. I can hear they promoting and explaining for this buffet to other customers too.

Your ice cream is melting. Please check your freezer at the right temperature. Extremely disappointed on the quality Baskin-Robbins Giza Mall Kota Damansara. Feedback to the staff here, she said the weather is hot. That’s it. This is the texture once I received from the staff.

Slow, inefficient, ice cream not even full, inside full of air with pink, they used to dig it and put more but now increased price by 10% and filled with more air. Not worth it.

It's so happen that the 2 female staff are really rude on the new year night. I didn't notice that the max quantity for my order are 3 scops so I was asking for 4 flavors, they could just tell me this is your max quantity rather than saying it in a rude way .

The ice cream all were melting inside the freezer. So disgusting. Taste of the ice cream was so bad. And the staff were not friendly at all.

I'm not sure whether it was just my luck or what, but the air conditioning was always broken, and the employees, including the supervisor/manager, were really rude and disrespectful. Instead, go a branch that is further away.

Do not go here unless u want to eat a soupy ice-cream. Fix your freezer!!! Seem like it has been for quite sometime already.. all the ice-cream are melted!!!
