When collecting the pre-order ice cream, noticed the personnel put the ice cream packs on the floor instead of table. Quite disgusting without hygiene in mind.. personnel attitude was bad. Didn’t wipe the bottom before packing into the bag.

Came here yesterday around 9pm to eat fluffy waffles, the staff said batter finished . I came back again today around 3pm, the staff said ‘machine rosak’. Very Annoying !

Hi, I called to ask about the availability of the ice cream cake and the PIC was unnecessarily rude. I also asked if I could book and the person said to “book on grab la”. Once I was there, they said that booking was not available on weekends which is understandable but please teach your staff better manners.

Was disappointed with my visit to this BR booth (15/5/25 ard 9:45pm). One of the staff members rolled her eyes upon seeing me and was noticeably rude during the service. Hope the management will look into staff training on professionalism and customer service.
