Apparently from other reviews mentioned this branch has started order by kiosk a year ago. 1 year and no improvement at all. Super frustrating. The machine is lagging like an old phone back in 2000’s. It’s 2025, so many shops have kiosk but not as laggy as this. might as well go back to traditional pay by counter.

Baskin-Robbins has changed to a new ordering system and order has to be made from the kiosk. The touch screen was lagging and slow in response. It took some time for our order to be ready too. The seating area was limited and narrow. Not recommended to enjoy the ice cream at this particular branch.

Staffs a not attentive. 3 staff would just keep on cleaning the kitchen and ignore customers untill we call them.. They totally can see us. Also when we asked to try the ice cream, they lady gave us a sour face and also she is very rude
