The service is very bad and they are also very racist towards customers. I was the first in line but the server choosed to ignore us directly and serve the malays guy behind me. When i called, he just choose to ignore. Its a shame for the chain of BR.

worst service ever! didn’t allow me to scan my membership more than once (literally am paying for it, it’s not like i’m stealing). nuts in icecream tasted not fresh, hot fudge was slightly sour. products are definitely not fresh

Very good service and nice takeaway packaging with dry ice. The world class chocolate flavour is amazing. Not too sweet and very satisfying. The mango flavour is too sweet and artificial, not milky enough

Brownie Ala mode sundae. The brownie was surprisingly moist and dense just the way it should be. Tried the macademia nut and cream & chocolate chip ice cream and they were a really good combo!
