I saw 2 staffs . A Malay boy and a Malay girl. Not wearing tag so not sure what's their name. Malay boy was very down to earth excellent service, 5 stars for him. On the other hand Malay girl was rude ...yelling and laughing loudly like she owns the place ... And quite rude as well.

Terrible attitude from the lady, she was extremely busy using her phone. Very unfortunately for a brand that has good shoes at a good price. Will find another branch to buy.

My usual go-to Bata outlet to buy footwear. They have quite a variety of stock always available, and the outlet itself is bright and very spacious. Staff are also helpful and attentive.
