I went to Clarks and Skechers, their service was tiptop. I went to Bata, everyone is really arrogant. No one serves the cashier, they don't know, SRS should do something about this.

Staff were unprofessional and rude. I did not like the service here and it made me feel unwelcome. I hope you take my review in consideration and improve your service in the future. Otherwise, I will not be shopping here anymore.
