10.15am on a Saturday and still no sign of opening up. Management should really look into this matter as I'm sure you're losing so many sale. Crowd of people who just got back from the gym and I can hear your food panda /grab terminal buzzing with orders.

I ordered watermelon juice, and left over food was in my drink. Probably they did not wash the mixer or something. It is terrible to have other leftover in my drinks. There is 2 tables, but only 2 chairs and seems like the other 2 chair is being used by staffs. I had no place to sit down even there was empty table.

Came today during lunch time 1:30PM (28/04/2025) but no staffs around even after I waited for 10mins. No sign of toilet break. It happened to me twice already, please train you staff properly!
