Staff not at counter without notice (go toilet or smtg). When taking order no smile at all, give drink no say thank you while making face at customer.

On the same day, I wanted to get a boost. I went to Tropicana first, but waited too long with no queue around. I left and went to sunway Giza, this lady was very friendly. Even though she is alone and busy, she takes the order first.
