I just left your Braun Buffel store at Sunway Pyramid (1.5.2025 around 3.40pm) and was service by your staff named WAN. I wasn’t greeted with a smile and he rolled his eyes when I requested for a new bag that was on display. I still bought the bag but staff WAN should display a professional customer service.
