Went to the shop this morning to get a pair of runners. The staff on duty (forgot to ask for his name) was very helpful and courteous. When the pair I chose did not have my size, he immediately brought another similar pair without me having to ask him. He helped me to put in the inserts and checked that it was a good fit. All in all, it was a pleasant purchase experience.
