When I brought my bag to the shop, they said the tarnished metal can be fixed and the marks on the leather can be removed. So I agreed to the RM 400 that they charged. When I collected the bag, the metal is still tarnished and the marks are still visible. Poor quality and lousy service are not worth the RM 400.
