I have been here twice for dinner. It is a really nice place to eat. The burgers are super good, especially the original. The staff is also very nice. They were really willing to wait when I was wondering what to eat. I think I will come here again in the future. Really the best burgers I had ever had. Recommend it.

Arrived at lalaport on 9.50am, since most f&b shop open at 11am, no choice but to have quick meal. Order breakfast sets, waited 20 minutes. Talk to the staffs, but they are expressionless.

Service was absolutely below standard compared to other fast food chain. Not sure why BK management could not improve the service level. The staff were really low morale and forgetful of order. BK seriously need to step up on recruitment and training their staff to ensure lifetime value of its customers

I would like to have a KING STYLE burger here. I enjoy the moment, especially. Employees with tinnitus.. he really gentle, and even he cannot hear, but he know all the process he bring my order delivery faster. I think other stuff should learn from him.
