The service it’s okay, but the two times I bought medicine the price was higher than guardian’s and watsons and got zero discount with membership, i feel cheated…will never buy there again.

Clearly the company need to provide eye test for their employees because apparently all of them are blind. I stand in front of the cashier for quite awhile in front of 2 ppl manning the cashier counter. They are, however, too busy looking elsewhere, talking amongst themselves to do their work.

The Chinese female pharmacist was extremely rude and irresponsible. Unfortunately, she was the only pharmacist on duty at the time of my visit. Her attitude and lack of proper explanation made the experience very unpleasant and unprofessional. I strongly hope the management will improve service quality and staff professionalism.
