I made an appointment online and arrived an hour earlier than I planned. Miss Sue served me very professionally with her 30+ years experience. I didn’t provide my size prior to my visit but Miss Sue managed to secure my size and in yellow gold! I’m extremely happy with my purchase and her service. My husband and I went to look for our wedding’s anniversary gifts last week and was assisted by Ms Karen. We both had a good experience at the boutique with a warm gesture from Ms Karen and she’s very well versed in every item that we looked for. Not to forget Ms Karen has a very good sense of humor too. I had such a wonderful experience, thanks to my Sales Associate, Jo Wing. She treated me like family and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. There was no pressure at all, only genuine care, kindness, and professionalism. Jo Wing’s service was truly exceptional and left me with a very good memory.
