A few days ago, I visited your store and was served by an employee who was wearing glasses. I was very disappointed with his attitude, as it was quite arrogant and impatient. The employee showed a lack of patience when communicating with me, and the overall service attitude was very poor.

Visited the store to learn more about the plans, but the staff did not attend to me and I felt ignored while standing there. I hope the store can improve customer service by being more attentive, so that future experiences will be better.

Very good service..had some issue with my number but they follow through and get it settle..was dealing with Mr.Edmund..gave free gift for the delay...very professional and highly recommended
