You cannot trust the app telling you when the drink is ready. Waited for additional 15 mins for my drinks on top of the said 10 mins. I’ve seen staff taking their own sweet time preparing drinks. It’s only when I start to tell them off then some staff realised it and finally do the final step for my drinks. Cannot make it.
