Very good, polite, and friendly customer service! Thank you, Sobri, for assisting me. Although I didn’t make a purchase because the shoes I wanted were out of stock, Sobri still took the time to check availability at other outlets and answered all my questions in a very polite and professional manner. I truly appreciate the effort!

I visited the store twice and was told only the display unit was left. However, I see it's still in stock on your website. It would have been helpful if the staff had informed me about the online availability earlier.

First time shopping at C&K kl, my family and I holiday in KL for Christmas. I am happy to receive good service from the Efa who were willing to serve me, hopefully to see you again and God willing will shop here again. Happy New Year!
