Queuing time very very long. There are 5 counters but only 2 counters are opened to serve customers.

Visit this branch earlier this week. The front desk lady is friendly and helpful. Settle my card within 10 minutes. Recommend to come early in the morning after open (9.15am) to avoid queue and save your time. I enjoy my visit here. Thanks.

Came here to open a new CIMB account. The 2 female staff if im not mistaken Ummi and Sri was very efficient, friendly and helpful. Access to the bank and parking is also very easy. Good Job and Thumbs up to this branch
