the staff were very unfriendly..not even welcome customer when customer wanted to buy icecream. also, when i asked for the receipt, he just put it on the counter while i was waiting for him to give me the receipt lol. i guess cold stone need to educate their staff. all cold stone branches also like this. who are u??
