Very bad experience at this place. Staff very rude and not friendly. One of the staff trying to cheat by charging extra charges for the treatment that I didn't asked for.

first time here and last time. a simple manicure was almost RM 80 here and they ended up cutting too much of my cuticles, sore and red even after i got home. I think they really mark up the price, if youre in one utama go somewhere else instead

The service was extremely rough and painful; the nail file repeatedly rubbed against my skin. There was no communication between the client and the nail technician about coloring and design; they seemed completely absorbed in their own artistic vision 😊. The price was acceptable, though. If you don't mind the other issues mentioned, you can give it a try. I've never had such a perfunctory manicure before.
