Had one of the worst experiences in my life at this branch, on New Year’s Day. QR pay went through they embarrassed me by saying it didn’t go through, told me to call my bank, while Unpacking the shoes I just bought!! In the end it was proven that I have already paid. Worst experience. Please train your people.
