Extremely Poor Service from Corvan I am very disappointed with the service provided by Corvan. I sent my device in for checking, and it took more than 14 days just to inform me of the issue. After I made payment for the battery replacement, it took another 5 days just to release the parcel. The response time was very slow, the process was highly inefficient, and there was absolutely no sense of urgency. To make matters worse, I was later informed that the parcel is now missing. Timeline for reference: • 20/01 – Service center received the device for repair • 03/02 – No update at all • 04/02 – Informed of battery issue; battery replacement required • 11/02 – Parcel still not sent out • 13/02 – Informed that the parcel is missing This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and unacceptable. This will definitely be my last purchase from Corvan.

Walked-in purchase was entertained by a helpful staff (Chinese, female, long hair, wears glasses and soft-spoken). She demonstrated the use of Corvan Spot Cleaner and how to use the self-cleaning nozzle. She also helped with testing the purchased product and entertained inquiries.
