Staff was totally useless, too lazy to even check availability of a size we requested . Even had the cheek to show a sulky face .we walked out without buying!

Very unfriendly staff. Customer service need to be improved. Wanted to get some jibbitz, once the staffs know you are not getting a new pairs of shoes the face totally change. Very fake, the week before when you get new pairs of shoe then they serve you. Really sucks service

So many staff chit chatting at the counter, saw us and ignored, just look at us from the counter. Staff didnt even bother to entertain us or help us look for our shoe size, we had trouble looking for our size and the staff didnt even care to help. Good job, so many staff for what? Better just hire one staff to take care of the counter
