I do transaction at their website and come collect. The whole process is smooth. The location is abit hard to find. You need went to the centre court, G floor, it will be opposit of the evalator lift. You will saw a sign board above

Very terrible. They dont accept good new money. is absolutely ridiculous. Terrible changing rate, terrible service, terrible customer support
