I had a great shopping experience at Daiso in Setia City Mall recently. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going out of their way to assist me in finding what I needed. They were knowledgeable about the products and made sure I had a smooth and pleasant shopping experience.

All are ok until the payment experience. One of the cashier (plus size malay female with tudung) i dont know why she is so sombong and no smile plus doesnt know stuffs there and do not reply nicely when asked about items there. No people skill or customer oriented. Does Daiso need her to be there?

customer service is so bad, it's like they don't even wanna work there. They are also super slow.

Big and there's a lot more stuff but Daiso here have different prices than aeon daiso. Some stuff are 11.90 or 17.90

The mall is big, especially quite long for me. the info guiden station not so much, only in selected escalator only, direction signboard also require to improve. This is just my suggestion.
