Bought this today daiso mid valley, after opening the plastic covering only found both side are cracked. Why damaged product still selling on the shelves, I’m disappointed as a regular customer

Daiso still one of the great places to shop for miscellaneous item including household products. Now is RM5.90. Some item may worth it, some may not, kindly self evaluate. Able to get few items i need and is still cheaper than mr diy. Not that crowded at that time may be because all crowd being drawed to mr diy plus.

The item was placed at an inconveniently high spot and fell when I tried to reach for it, causing it to break. It seems unfair that customers are expected to pay for such incidents. The goods also appear to be of poor quality, yet it costs RM29.50. It will be my last time there.

Not complaining about the products from Daiso, in fact i have been enjoying shopping for products from this place. But second time encountering with rude cashier. Bad attitude. Bad experience.

We visited this Daiso branch in Mid Valley Megamall pick up some household items. The outlet is smaller than expected but we managed to find what we needed. They have Coca Cola branded items like cups, bowls and even towels which I didn't notice at other branches.

A very large store with everything you need. Problem is that the shelves are over-stock the same items up to the ceiling and very narrow aisle makes it hard to find items and move.

Ask one of the staff to assist me to get the thing I want at the highest spot of the shelf but the storekeeper staff , a girl with tudung is very rude & even show me the annoying face

I will say this, in Japan ¥100 means ¥100 which equals to as of today February 24, 2026 RM2.60 …

The staff’s service attitude was poor. When I asked about product availability, they said the item was not available, but I later found the product myself. They did not smile and appeared impatient. Is this the standard of customer service at Daiso???
