I was very disappointed with the sales assistant’s attitude. She appeared dismissive, never smiled, and gave looks that felt condescending—almost like a bombastic side eye. What made it worse is that this happened even while I was purchasing their product. For a luxury brand such as Dior, this kind of service is unacceptable.

I went to buy perfume as a gift and was served by Ryn! She really went above and beyond to make the gift-wrapping look good. She also gave me samples. Overall, her service was amazing and I really felt valued as a customer. Would 100% be back again!
