Not recommended at all, i just went to do lobe piercing use gun, the staff not friendly at all, when im asking then just answer so so, no explaining and verry not satisfied with their service, that chinese lady was verry arrogant with her face so bad. Must improve your service, first and last im coming.

Chinese staff wear glasses not friendly, no explanation and very rude. Do piercing while i still standing at counter. No explain about how care after the piercing. Hope the manager can give her advice how to do service to customer. Not recommended to come here because of her.

Shi En at Dragon Silver, Setia Alam provided excellent service. My friend and I pierced our ears; she made it comfortable and easy. She was also extremely friendly and knowledgeable! Will be back again, for sure!
