I am a regular customer in Sunway pyramid store. Visited there and was a new staff that I have never seen. I show her my old silver ear ring also from dragon silver and she told me it was stainless steel and took the stainless steel one for me. Very unprofessional and disappointed. Will never visit this outlet again
