Sent my hair dryer in on 15/1 and received no updates until I called on 27/1. I was then incorrectly told I had declined service, even though I never received any calls. No apology was offered for the poor communication and delay. Very disappointed with the service.

Was a good experience. Super easy to parked and the folks at the Service Center were accomodating. Just brought in my broken vaccum, they look it up via Serial Number and I was able to claim warrenty easily. No hassle at all.
