Nice new gallery, next to a mall and huge park. Great place to bring the kids for a picnic, there are few playgrounds and many options for dining here.

Overpriced house with sub-par quality. Poor township planning. Even showhouse is not well maintained, aircond is not turned on. You can see lots of house lizard droppings and spider webs on the ceiling walls. Is that how you are showcasing your products? Pathetic. Go learn from Ecoworld la.

Poor traffic and house planning. The housing area faces daily congestion, and my house also has several defects. The developer only provides quick, low-cost fixes instead of proper long-term solutions. Disappointed with the overall quality and after-sales support.
