If have a option NO star I definitely give zero star.To owner empire sushi ,wanted to order some sushi time around 11:15am.Was standing at the counter no one come and ask what we want ,after calling twice also don't want to attend to customer.Service totally Sucks.Good luck to you hire this kind of attitude worker.

My go to place for a quick grab. The taste okay but these types will have a taste of soap. Could it be due to the utensils they need clean but probably the soap fragrance too strong.

Worst Empire Sushi I have ever encounter in this Malaysia. I have went to alot of Empire Sushi. Workers here are the worst. Food is good but the service is 0. I will attach the pictures of the staff. Owner of this outlet please take action.

Is this how they serve customer food .! We paid so much but got like this fr food condition , payment so late and slow !! Plss don't do at customer like this that so rude .!!

If this star review can do zero, i will not give star even 1 star, the services is so bad, how can a big company doesnt have enough stock of chopstick, how am i supposed to eat it by my hand, i dont want to make my hands dirtier.. even the staff is not kind and rude
