One of the staff cannot hear numbers properly, we ordered one Ni Idako and they gave two extra charge another Ni Idako that we didn’t ordered for, usually I trusted the brand service so I didn’t check or some other outlet will confirm again …

bad service, the staff picked up the sushi but it fell in the long hole display counter and the shrimp separated from the top but the staff decided to pick it up and put the shrimp back on top of the sushi.. then they didn't exchange it and for the one that fell?? isn't that wrong?

Really enjoy the variety available at Empire Sushi. Is super easy to grab a few different pieces to try. The sushi is tasty and holds up well for a takeaway meal.

Tired of standing around waiting for your turn, the staff went to serve other customers who came in and then went straight to the cashier. I don't know if I didn't see it. But it's good to check first if there are other customers queuing.

We dropped by this place for some takeaway sushi. They have a nice variety of sushi at affordable prices. The sushi was fresh and nice but the wasabi and soy sauce were extra purchases.
