Do not listen to Experian credit check. When they say you need one more card to boost your score. It will decrease by 19 points. Be wary. I am fuming over this.

This company is so unprofessional, their customer service is worst!!! their reports are not updated and will send with outdated details, when you request for an amendment they reply like so unprofessionally.

took 2-4hrs to get a credit report their email team never reply even through called in to terminate the service after contract end, they also didn't inform need to give 1mth notice and then suddenly ask you to pay penalty

Horrible company. Cheated me as I did not get the report for the company search I have paid for . They asked me upload alot of personal info like IC and selfie etc which I do not agree to. This is after I have paid for it. Beware of these scammers. They are not the same like before.
