Limited flavour range (only two available) despite it being around peak timeframes, compared to other outlets. Mislabeled cookies on display too.

I like their cookies a lots, but their price has increased become more expensive. so normally I'll buy their combo which is cookies + soft cookies or muffin or brownies

The customer was very rude, it was just 9:40 pm but he denied our order, not yet closing that time… it's not that it's difficult to cook cookies but the staff was lazy to take the order even though it's not yet 10 pm, very bad service from the male staff!!
