Is the business closed (unattended to) during lunch hour? Because went by few times but there's always a 'Be back shortly" sign. Waited few times for almost 20 minutes each time, and still noone came.

today, 22 sept @ 12pm i bought macadamia cookies and ate it as soon as I go back. the cookies are stale. ate half of the bag and still couldn't find any good crispy one so i couldn't finish it anymore. anyway, this is my first ever experience buying from famous amous that disappointed me.

It is a nice environment.. very fresh cookies and it is just out from the oven compare to other outlets. Very good service by the staff.
