I love shopping at this outlet as there are variety of gift collections. Unfortunately, staff named Yasmin was a bit rude to me. I accidentally stand in her way, and she did a smirk and annoying sound to indicate that she is irrirated. When i wanted to pay at the counter, she only stare at me, and waiting for her team member to assist eventhough she clearly saw that her tm going out for break. Service 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

So far i haven’t gotten any bad experience from this outlet. The cookies are tasty too

Really rubbish attitude, please change the staff, no customers, no one is buying, they are lazy, they are the busiest. It's like they just want to work, thank you for everything, there are really many negative reviews, or just close the famous amos sunway pyramid. Rubbish!! VERY VERY BAD SERVICE!!

Both of the staff are very rude especially Yasmin. Keep on throwing things and seems annoyed whenever I asked about the products. Very very rude even had the audacity to scold customer zzzz. Very unprofessional

I like their cookies since they been introduced in M'sia. Very crispy and addicted. Once you bite, you won't stop eating until finish. Occasionally buy nowadays because it increase alot. Just wait for discount and events to buy it.
